The car has 39k miles and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 that drives all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission. The car is equipped with an Alpina-tuned Adaptive Drive active sport suspension with stiffer dampers and a lower ride height compared to the standard 6-Series, as well as Active Roll Stabilization. Silver-finished Alpina Classic 20″ light alloy wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires. Three of the wheels were repaired in April 2025, and curb rash is visible on multiple wheels. Stopping power is provided by ventilated discs at each corner, and a brake fluid flush was performed in July 2025.

The heated, ventilated, and power-adjustable front seats are trimmed in black Nappa leather that extends to the heated rear seats, upper dashboard, center console, and door panel inserts.
