This 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS two-door sport coupe was the subject of a custom build prior to 2016 that involved repainting the body in pearl white and modifying the chassis with RideTech StrongArms control arms and adjustable airbags front and rear. Power is provided by a 7.0-liter LS7 V8 linked to a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission and a Ford 9″ rear end, and the engine compartment has been customized with a smoothed firewall, a fabricated engine cover and radiator filler panel, and billet hood hinges. The custom interior features brown leather upholstery, a fabricated headliner and door panels, a center console with cup holders, Vintage Air climate control, AutoMeter gauges, and a touchscreen stereo unit linked to Powerbass amplifiers and subwoofers. Additional equipment includes power steering, power-assisted disc brakes, staggered Billet Specialties wheels, redline tires, an aluminum radiator with dual fans, and a heat-wrapped exhaust system with stainless headers and side outlets. This Impala SS sport coupe was acquired by the selling dealer in 2022 and is now offered with a Nevada title.

The body was repainted in pearl white during the build under prior ownership. Details include chrome bumpers, a recessed tail panel, six taillights, quad headlights, and SS badging.

The car rides on StrongArms tubular control arms and adjustable air bags front and rear, and the frame has been painted tan.

The 19″ front and 20″ rear wheels are wrapped in redline tires. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs with drilled and slotted rotors.

The custom-trimmed cabin houses front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in brown leather along with coordinated door panels and a fabricated headliner. The customized dash panel has been finished in brown and black and houses vents and controls for the Vintage Air climate control system. Additional appointments include a fabricated center console, cup holders, a Lokar shifter, and a Pioneer touchscreen stereo unit.

The custom two-spoke steering wheel frames a set of Classic Instruments Velocity gauges consisting of a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for voltage, oil pressure, fuel level, and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer shows approximately 1,200 miles have been added since the build.

The trunk is trimmed to match the interior and houses dual Powerbass amplifiers and subwoofers as well as the air tank and dual compressors for the adjustable suspension system.

The 7.0-liter LS7 V8 was installed prior to 2016 along with a custom-fabricated engine cover and an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. The hood is mounted on billet hinges, the firewall has been smoothed, and a custom radiator filler panel has been added.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission and a Ford 9″ rear end. Stainless headers feed into a heat-wrapped dual exhaust system that exits ahead of the rear wheels.
