40k-Mile 1994 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce Commemorative Edition

This 1994 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce is #63 of 190 Commemorative Edition convertibles produced for the US market and is finished in Verde Inglese with a tan soft top over tan leather and suede. Powered by a 2.0-liter inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transmission, the car features 15″ Panasport wheels, air conditioning, and an Alpine cassette stereo. Acquired by the current owner in 2025, the car now has 40k miles. This Commemorative Edition Series 4 Spider is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with the owner’s manual, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Tennessee title in the current owner’s name.

The Series 4 Spider received an exterior refresh with color-matched bumpers and a revised tail with integrated wrap-around taillights. The Pininfarina-designed bodywork of this example is finished in Verde Inglese, and the Commemorative Edition is distinguished by a badge on the front of the car and “C.e.” script under the Spider Veloce badge at the rear. A tan Haartz Stayfast Canvas soft top was installed under current ownership. The seller notes paint flaws and a dent on the hood.

The 15″ Panasport wheels were reportedly mounted with General Altimax RT45 tires in 2024. Power steering and four-wheel disc brakes were fitted as standard equipment on the Series 4 Spider. The seller tells us the brake master cylinder, boost valves, bleeder screws, rear brake calipers, and pads were replaced under current ownership, and the front calipers were rebuilt.

The cabin is trimmed in tan leather with suede inserts, and it features a driver-side airbag, air conditioning, and an Alpine cassette stereo linked to MTX speakers.

A badge on the glovebox door identifies this car as #63 of 190 Commemorative Edition Spiders produced for 1994.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer and an 8k-rpm tachometer as well as gauges for oil pressure, voltage, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 40k miles, approximately 3k of which were added under current ownership.

The 2.0-liter inline-four features Bosch Motronic electronic fuel injection and produced 120 horsepower and 117 lb-ft of torque when new. The seller tell us under current ownership, the fuel pump, spark plugs, oil pressure sending unit, engine mounts, and the distributor cap and rotor were replaced.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission. The clutch master cylinder and exhaust muffler are said to have been replaced.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.
