This 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 convertible is powered by a 396ci L78 V8 mated with a four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt PosiTraction rear end with 4.11:1 gears. The body is finished in black and features red stripes, a power-operated convertible top, chrome mirrors and bumpers, and a twin-dome hood, while the cabin is outfitted with red vinyl bucket seats, a Muncie shifter, a center console, and a retro-look stereo. The car underwent a cosmetic and mechanical refurbishment under prior ownership, and it is further equipped with black steel wheels, chrome hubcaps, Firestone redline tires, power steering, and front disc brakes. The car is finished in black with a color-keyed convertible top, and red stripes adorn the nose and bodysides.
