This 1993 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning is #2,365 of 5,276 produced for the model year and was purchased new by the seller’s father. It was acquired by the seller in 2007 and now has 48k miles. The truck has been refinished in Bright Red over Opal Gray cloth and is powered by a 5.8-liter Windsor V8 linked to a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a 2″ suspension lowering kit, 17″ five-spoke alloy wheels, a Kenwood eXcelon Bluetooth stereo, cruise control, air conditioning, a Spectre open-element air intake, and dual fuel tanks. This SVT Lightning is offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, a Carfax report, and a Missouri title in the seller’s name.
The truck is finished in Bright Red and features SVT Lightning-specific styling consisting of a body-color grille, front spoiler, and front bumper. Additional details include vinyl Lightning graphics, fog lights, power-adjustable side mirrors, window tint film, a sliding rear window, a spray-in bedliner, and a rear roll pan. A December 2007 entry on the Carfax report lists an accident with another vehicle and notes damage to the rear, right rear, left rear, and left side. The leather-wrapped tilting steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5k-rpm redline as well as gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 48k miles, approximately 22k of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.8-liter Windsor V8 is equipped with cast-iron GT40 cylinder heads and was factory rated at 240 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque. It has been fitted with a Spectre open-element air intake, an MSD distributor, and an upgraded alternator.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential with a 4.10:1 axle ratio. The truck is equipped with dual fuel tanks.
