This 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback wagon has been registered in New Mexico from new until its recent acquisition by the selling dealer. Repainted in blue and beige over gray cloth, the car is powered by a 2.5-liter flat-four linked with a four-speed automatic transaxle and an all-wheel-drive system. It also has a hood scoop, a roof rack, a rear window wiper, fog lights, a raised suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, 15″ six-spoke alloy wheels, air conditioning, cruise control, and a cassette stereo. Now showing 122k miles, this Legacy is offered in Texas at no reserve with a clean Carfax report and a clean New Mexico title.

The car left the factory finished in Glacier White and Slate (5Y1), and it was repainted in blue and beige under previous ownership. Exterior details include a hood scoop, a roof rack, a rear window wiper, front and rear splash guards, and front bumper-integrated fog lights. The selling dealer tells us that the car has appeared in the television series Better Call Saul. Photos showing blemishes on various surfaces are presented in the gallery below.

Six-spoke 15″ wheels are wrapped in older Sumitomo Tour Plus LST tires. The car rides on a raised heavy-duty four-wheel independent suspension, and braking is handled by four-wheel discs. Blemishes are visible on the wheels.

The bolstered front bucket seats and the split-folding rear bench seat are upholstered in gray cloth with patterned inserts. Appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, power windows and door locks, a rear cargo cover, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo.

The four-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 122k miles.

The 2.5-liter EJ25 flat-four produced 165 horsepower when new, and it drives all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transaxle. The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.
