This 1966 Chevrolet Corvair convertible was acquired in 2014 by a previous owner, who installed a fuel-injected Ram Jet 350ci V8 linked with a Getrag five-speed manual transaxle. Other work under his ownership included refinishing its body in Frosty Green Mica, customizing its black interior with Jaguar-sourced power-adjustable front seats, and installing Vintage Air climate control. Additional equipment includes a white soft top, 15″ Fiero wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, and adjustable rear coilovers. The vehicle was previously sold on BaT in March 2023, and it now shows 4,800 miles on its build. This modified Corvair is offered by the selling dealer with records, manuals, and a Colorado title.
The body was stripped and fitted with replacement rocker and patch panels before being refinished in Toyota Frosty Green Mica, which is accented by re-chromed bumpers. Other details include a white soft top, a front lower spoiler, a louvered decklid, quadruple headlights, and chrome trim on the rocker panels, grille, and light surrounds.
Powder-coated 15″ Pontiac Fiero wheels are mounted with 205/60 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The Fiero rear suspension has adjustable coilovers, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with red-finished calipers.

The two-spoke wood-rimmed steering wheel is mounted on a telescopic column. Instrumentation includes a Speedhut 200-mph GPS speedometer, a tachometer, an analog clock, and supplementary gauges. The digital odometer shows 4,800 miles since it was put in service. Total mileage is unknown.
The Ram Jet 350ci V8 was installed using components sourced from a V8 Archie Fiero kit. Equipment includes an aluminum radiator with two electric fans as well as finned valve covers, fuel injection, and a fabricated exhaust system.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Muncie / Getrag 282 five-speed manual transaxle.
