This 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is powered by a W72 400ci V8 linked with a retrofitted four-speed automatic transmission and a Safe-T-Track limited-slip differential. Finished in black over black velour, the car is equipped with removable T-top roof panels, a shaker hood, 15″ snowflake alloy wheels, power steering, cruise control, air conditioning, and a factory AM/FM radio with a tape player. This Firebird Trans Am is offered on consignment by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, with a Wisconsin title.

The car was factory-finished in Starlight Black and has been repainted. It features Firebird and Trans Am graphics as well as a front spoiler, removable t-top roof panels, a rear spoiler, and painted mirror caps.

The 15″ snowflake-style alloy wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires measuring 225/60 front and 255/60 rear. The vehicle is equipped with power steering, and stopping is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. A space-saver spare is located in the trunk.

The seating surfaces are trimmed in Black velour with color-coordinated vinyl piping. The car has a full-length center console, cruise control, air conditioning, and an AM/FM radio with a tape player. There is wear on the carpets.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a gold-tone engine-turned dash with an earlier-style 160-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 51k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The WA-stamped 400ci V8 has Pontiac-branded aftermarket valve covers and breathes through a shaker hood scoop with T/A 6.6 graphics. The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a retrofitted 200-4R four-speed automatic transmission and a Safe-T-Track limited-slip differential. A dual exhaust system with Thrush mufflers is installed.

The Wisconsin title has an odometer status of “Exempt.”
