This 1985 BMW 518i is a European-market slicktop sedan that is finished in Cosmos Blue Metallic over gray cloth upholstery and powered by a fuel-injected 1.8-liter M10 inline-four linked with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes 15″ Style 5 wheels, European-market bumpers and lighting, front disc brakes, and manually adjustable front seats. The car was imported from Europe in late 2019 after being acquired by the current owner. This 518i is now offered at no reserve by the seller on behalf of the current owner with an owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a Georgia title.

The car is finished in Cosmos Blue Metallic and features European-market bumpers, quad headlights, black rub strips, a driver-side mirror, and bright window trim. The four-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a 220-km/h speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 279k kilometers (~173k miles), though the seller notes that the tachometer and odometer do not work. Total mileage is unknown.

The fuel-injected 1.8-liter M10 inline-four was factory rated at 105 horsepower. Recent service is said to have included changing the fluids and cleaning the throttle body. The seller reports that a conversion kit has been installed, allowing the car to run on either gasoline or liquefied petroleum gas.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission. Rust is present on the underside.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage from its first entry in 2019.

The Georgia title lists “Exempt” in the odometer section.
