This 1959 Chevrolet Impala two-door sport coupe was fitted with a 350ci V8 and a four-speed automatic transmission during a refurbishment completed before the owner’s acquisition in 2025. Subsequent work included installing an AirLift Performance adjustable suspension, Intro 22″ wheels, and Lexani tires. The red bodywork is complemented by wrap-around front and rear glass, twin antennas, horizontal tailfins, and chrome elements, while the cabin is outfitted with bench seats and custom red-and-white striped upholstery. A dual exhaust system, power steering, power-assisted front disc brakes, a Holley carburetor, and an aluminum radiator are also noted. This Impala sport coupe is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner in California with a Minnesota title.
The body has been repainted red, and styling elements include quad headlights, dual front air intakes, fender spears, chrome bumpers, dual antennas, horizontal tail fins, teardrop taillights, and wrap-around front and rear windows.
This is a relist after the vehicle was previously sold on BaT in September 2026 and the winning bidder failed to follow through with their commitment to purchase. This was not due to any fault with the vehicle. The winner’s participation on BaT has been restricted.
Intro 22″ aluminum wheels are mounted with Lexani Twenty tires, and the wheel and tire package was installed under current ownership. The car rides on an adjustable suspension with four-corner air springs actuated by a trunk-mounted tank with twin Viair compressors. The steering and front disc/rear drum brake systems are power-assisted.
The bench seats are trimmed in red vinyl with white striped accents reportedly sourced from Ciadella Interiors, and rubberized mats line the floors. The suspension settings are adjusted via an in-cabin module, and the trunk has been upholstered to match the cabin.
The two-spoke steering wheel features a semicircular chrome horn ring and fronts a 120-mph speedometer, an analog clock, a warning light cluster, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows ~325 miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 350ci was installed in 2025, per the seller, and it is equipped with a Summit Racing intake manifold and a Holley four-barrel carburetor. An aluminum radiator aids cooling, and the exhaust system originates with ram horn-style manifolds.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a solid rear axle that is said to be equipped with a limited-slip differential and 3.73:1 gears. The fuel tank was replaced, and the frame was repainted black during the build.
