This 2002 Porsche Boxster S is finished in Speed Yellow over Black leather and features Megan Racing coilovers and control arms as well as Aerokit bodywork, Sport seats, a Sport exhaust, a Bose sound system, a Black soft top, 18″ Carrera-style wheels, and the Sport Touring and SportDesign packages. Power is provided by a 3.2-liter flat-six linked with a six-speed manual transaxle. The selling dealer tells us that the IMS bearing and clutch were replaced in 2026. Recently acquired by the selling dealer, this 986 Boxster S has 68k miles and is now offered with a damage-free Carfax report and a clean Florida title.
Finished in Speed Yellow, the car has been provided with an Aerokit-style front fascia, rear wing, and side skirts. The car is capped with a Black soft top and also features a speed-activated rear spoiler, side air intakes, and roll hoops.
This is a relist after the vehicle was previously sold on BaT in September 2026 and the winning bidder failed to follow through with their commitment to purchase. This was not due to any fault with the vehicle. The winner’s participation on BaT has been restricted and their buyer’s fee was not refunded.
Megan Racing coilover suspension and control arms are installed, and silver-finished 18″ Carrera-style wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02 tires. Braking is handled by red four-piston Porsche-branded calipers fitted over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners. The coilovers, control arms, axle boots, brake lines, and brake fluid were replaced in July 2026.
Black leather trims the Sport bucket seats, while SportDesign Package-specific textured trim accents the dash and doors. Features include a Bose sound system, cruise control, automatic climate control, and an Alpine CD stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. The climate control display is said to flicker intermittently.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a central tachometer, a 180-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 68k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.2L flat-six was factory rated at 250 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque. Work in July 2026 included replacing the IMS bearing, rear main seal, crank sensor, spark plugs, valve covers, and oil breather hoses as well as installing a direct oil feed (DOF) lubrication kit.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle, the clutch for which was reportedly recently replaced. The clutch, flywheel, pilot bearing, and clutch slave cylinder were replaced in July 2026.
