This 1995 Ford F-Super Duty chassis cab underwent a four-wheel-drive conversion by Quigley 4×4 of Manchester, Pennsylvania, in June 1995. The truck was reportedly purchased new by a fire department in New Mexico after being ordered with the ambulance prep package and an electronic driveshaft brake system and sent to Quigley before delivery. It is finished in yellow over gray cloth upholstery and powered by a turbodiesel 7.3-liter Power Stroke V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes a Bedrock steel diamond-plate flatbed with toolboxes, dual rear wheels, polished 16″ wheels, Toyo Open Country M/T tires, manually locking front hubs, four-wheel disc brakes, a gray cloth bench seat, and a TS Performance six-position chip. The seller acquired the truck approximately two years ago and has since added approximately 200 of the 35k miles shown. This F-Super Duty is now offered with Quigley conversion documentation, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Ohio title in the name of the seller’s LLC.

The cab is finished in yellow, and the truck has been fitted with a black Bedrock steel diamond-plate flatbed with a headache rack, side toolboxes, rear lighting, mud flaps, and a 9,000-lb Warn winch.

The polished 16″ wheels are mounted with Toyo Open Country M/T tires. The truck is equipped with dual rear wheels and manually locking front hubs, and braking is handled by four-wheel discs.

The cabin features a bench seat upholstered in gray cloth along with a color-coordinated dashboard and door panels. Additional appointments include cupholders, rubber floor mats, cruise control, air conditioning, and power windows.

The steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer shows 35k miles, approximately 200 of which were added under current ownership.

The turbodiesel 7.3-liter Power Stroke V8 has been fitted with a TS Performance six-position chip. Recent service consisted of an oil and filter change.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The seller notes 5.3:1 axle gearing, and an electronic driveshaft brake system is said to have been installed before delivery.
