12k-Mile 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider 6-Speed at No Reserve

This 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider is a Canadian-market car that has 12k miles and remained registered in British Columbia and Alberta before it was imported into the United States earlier this year. It is finished in Rosso Corsa over Nero leather, and it was specified with a six-speed manual transaxle, 19″ Challenge alloy wheels, and carbon-fiber interior trim. Power is from a 4.3-liter DOHC V8, and additional equipment includes a Nero convertible soft top, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, a gated shifter, automatic climate control, a CD stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. This F430 is now offered by the selling dealer at no reserve with a reproduction window sticker, owner’s manuals, service records, a battery tender, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa (322) and features a power-retractable Nero soft top, xenon headlights, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser.

The 19″ Challenge alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, which show date codes from 2025 and 2026. Stopping is handled by black-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. The suspension bushings and brake components were replaced in June 2024, and the brake fluid was flushed most recently in September 2026.

The cockpit features bucket seats upholstered in Nero leather along with a matching center console, doors, and carpeting. Carbon-fiber trim adorns the cabin, and equipment includes a gated shifter, automatic climate control, a CD stereo, drilled aluminum pedals, and power windows and locks.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a red-dial central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 12k miles.

The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. The valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, air filters, and fluids were replaced as part of a major service in April 2022. The oil was changed in September 2026.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. The transaxle was disassembled, repaired, and resealed in February 2022.

The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.
