This 1972 Ford Bronco chassis was acquired by the seller in 2025 along with drivetrain components. In 2026, he installed a 302ci crate V8, which is mated to a rebuilt C4 three-speed automatic, and he added front disc brakes, power steering components, a replacement gas tank and exhaust system, and a refreshed suspension with a 2.5″ lift kit. Other details include 16×8″ Raceline wheels, 33″ Cooper tires, Mile Marker front hubs, and chrome bumpers. This Bronco chassis and powertrain are now offered at no reserve with a Deluxe Marti report and a clean Minnesota title in the seller’s name.

For the running gear, the seller installed a Toms Offroad 2.5″ Level 2 lift kit, with shims on the rear axle for the pinion angle, and he added front disc brakes in addition to power steering components, bump stops, polyurethane bushings, ball joints, tie rods, and an adjustable track bar and drag link. The bronze and black 16×8″ Raceline Ryno wheels were mounted with 285/75 Cooper Discoverer STT Pro Mud Terrain tires in August 2026.

The engine is a 302ci crate V8 from ATK High Performance Engines of Grand Prairie, Texas. It has a Holley four-barrel carburetor on a Holley intake manifold, and its exhaust system was sourced from Precision Exhaust of Ashford, Connecticut. The steel 13-gallon fuel tank and its sending unit are also new. The seller reports a one-inch ding in the front of the tank that occurred during shipping.

The drivetrain has a rebuilt C4 three-speed automatic transmission mated to a Dana 20 J-shift transfer case. The open-knuckle Dana 44 front axle was serviced with seals, u-joints, and Mile Marker manually locking hubs. Its bearings and gears were inspected and retained, while the Ford 9″ rear end was equipped with a fresh 3.50:1 gearset. The powertrain is dry on the chassis; the only fluids included are from assembly.

A removed glovebox door with a warranty tag is included in the sale, as are a reproduction tag and door sticker, and a corresponding VIN on the frame is pictured in the gallery below.

The Deluxe Marti Report lists factory equipment, dates, statistics, and initial delivery to V and H Ford of Marshfield, Wisconsin.
