This 2005 Honda S2000 was previously sold on BaT in April 2021 and again in March 2023 before being listed on the site in November 2024. It was later acquired by the seller in 2025, and work since that time has involved retrofitting forged 17″ Apex wheels and Öhlins DFV coilovers, replacing the clutch master cylinder and tires, and installing an Alpine head unit, Polk speakers, an aFe air intake system, a high-flow catalytic converter, and GiroDisc brake rotors. Finished in New Formula Red over black leather, the car is powered by a 2.2-liter VTEC inline-four linked to a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional equipment includes a black convertible soft top, xenon headlights, and air conditioning. This AP2 S2000 has 21k miles and is now offered with service records dating from new, removed factory parts, removed factory wheels, a clean Carfax report, and a clean North Carolina title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in New Formula Red (R-510) and features a power-operated black soft top with a glass rear window. Additional exterior features include xenon headlights, roll hoops, and oval-tipped exhaust outlets. A paint correction was carried out, the fender liners and soft top tension straps were replaced, and SunTek Ultra paint protection film was applied to the hood, front fenders, A-pillars, mirrors, lower rocker panels, and both the front and rear bumpers under current ownership. Photos showing 10 body-panel VIN stickers are presented in the gallery.

Forged 17″ Apex wheels are wrapped in 245/40 Hankook Ventus RS4 tires. The car features double-wishbone suspension and four-wheel disc brakes with stainless-steel lines and slotted GiroDisc rotors at all four corners. Öhlins Road & Track DFV coilovers were installed before a custom alignment was performed in late 2025.

The seats are trimmed in black leather, and appointments include an Alpine head unit, Polk audio speakers, push-button ignition, air conditioning, cruise control, and an aftermarket shift knob. Some of the photos in the gallery below depict a carbon-fiber Tillett driver’s seat that has since been replaced with the factory unit. The seller notes that the interior was deep-cleaned and fitted with TuxMat carpet liners during his ownership.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a digital speedometer and a bar-style tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 21k miles, approximately 3k of which have been added under current ownership.

The 2.2-liter VTEC F22C1 inline-four was factory rated at 240 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. An aFe Power air intake system and a Berk Technology high-flow catalytic converter have been installed. The fluids were changed and various components such as the filters and accessory belts were replaced under current ownership, and associated parts invoices and records are provided in the gallery below.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The clutch master cylinder was replaced in late 2025.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
