1985 Toyota Pickup SR5 4×4 5-Speed

This 1985 Toyota Pickup SR5 4×4 shows 66k miles and is said to have remained with one family in Washington through the current owner’s purchase in 2022. Subsequent refurbishment work involved refinishing the body in Medium Blue, installing gray decals, resealing the fuel-injected 2.4L 22R-E inline-four, and replacing the clutch, steering knuckle bearings, and front disc brakes. The truck is equipped with a five-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and 15″ chrome-styled wheels, and the interior features a push-button AM/FM radio and air conditioning. This Toyota pickup is offered on dealer consignment with an owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a Washington title.

The body was removed from the frame, repainted Medium Blue, and fitted with gray decals under current ownership. Koito semi-sealed beam headlights were installed, and the window seals were also replaced. Other exterior details include chrome bumpers, mudflaps, and a sliding rear window.

The 15″ chrome-styled wheels are mounted with 31×10.50″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The manually locking front hubs were cleaned, and the steering knuckle bearings were replaced along with the front brakes during the refurbishment.

The bucket seats are trimmed in blue cloth and vinyl, and interior amenities include a push-button AM/FM radio, air conditioning, and manual-crank windows. The cassette player does not work.

The steering wheel frames a 110-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 66k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.

The fuel-injected 2.4L 22R-E inline-four was factory rated at 116 horsepower and 140 lb-ft of torque. The engine was disassembled and cleaned, and the seals and gaskets were replaced along with the fuel sending unit. Fluid services were also performed during the refurbishment.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels via a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. An aftermarket clutch and hydraulic cylinders were installed under current ownership.

The Carfax report is free from accidents or other damage.

The Washington title carries an “Antique” brand and an “Exempt” odometer status.
