In 2011, BBS Japan introduced the RI-D, its first wheel design forged from Duralumin, an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy that was discovered by German metallurgist Alfred Wilm in 1903. This set, finished in matte black, was produced in 2019 and removed from a BMW F80 M3. The wheels are offered at no reserve in Joetsu, Japan.

The 5×120 wheels will also fit F82 and F83 M4 models. Steel valve stems and BBS center caps are installed, and PFS rings are included.

The RI030 wheels measure 9″ wide and have a 27mm offset, while the RI011 wheels measure 10″ wide and have a 34mm offset. The seller notes that the front and rear wheels weigh 8.6 and 8.8 kgs, respectively.
