50k-Mile 2009 Mini Cooper John Cooper Works 6-Speed

This 2009 Mini Cooper John Cooper Works has been registered in Florida from new, and it remained in the original owner’s care until shortly before it was purchased by its current owner in April 2024. Since that time, 24k of the 50k miles have been added. It is finished in Midnight Black Metallic with a white roof over Carbon Black leather and is powered by a turbocharged 1.6-liter inline-four paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes xenon headlights, fog lights, a sunroof, Brembo brakes, 17″ John Cooper Works Challenge cross-spoke wheels, a rear spoiler, sport front seats, a CD stereo, and automatic climate control. This R56 Cooper John Cooper Works is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a clean Carfax report and a Florida title.

The car is finished in Midnight Black Metallic (B11) with a white roof. Exterior features include xenon headlights, fog lights, a sunroof, and a rear spoiler. Letter badges have been added out back. Photos showing finish imperfections are included in the gallery.

The 17″ John Cooper Works Challenge cross-spoke wheels are mounted with Continental tires. Stopping power is provided by Brembo calipers over discs at each corner.

The sport front seats are upholstered in Carbon Black leather, and interior features include a CD stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The center-armrest cover’s latch is broken.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames an 8k-rpm tachometer that includes a digital speedometer and driver information system. The centrally located 160-mph speedometer incorporates a fuel-level gauge, warning lights, and a stereo display and controls. The steering column was replaced earlier this year. The digital odometer indicates 50k miles, approximately 24k of which were added under current ownership.

The turbocharged 1.6-liter inline-four was factory rated at 208 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque. Work this year is said to have included an oil change and replacing the engine cover, ignition coils, and spark plugs.

Power is sent to the front wheels through a Getrag six-speed manual transaxle.

The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.

There is currently a lien on the car, and the seller’s lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the new owner.
