This collection of five Jack Daniel’s Limited Edition Indian motorcycles comes to us from @davecindy in Florida, the original owners of every bike shown here, and spans the brand partnership from 2018 to 2023. Each is a numbered, low-production collaboration between Indian, Jack Daniel’s, and Klock Werks, and each has just about zero miles on the clock. Over five years, what began with a single 2018 Scout Bobber gradually grew into a complete group of five Jack Daniel’s Indians through what the sellers describe as a combination of a combination of timing, persistence, luck, and persistence, timing, luck, and help from a dear friend. Pour yourself a glass of something neat and grab a seat while we take a deeper look into this unique lineup of limited-run American bikes and accessories.

The Jack Daniel’s Indian Collection goes live on October 5. Let’s hit the road!
2018 Jack Daniel’s Limited Edition Indian Scout Bobber

When ordering opened in March 2018, the sellers were not planning to build a collection, they simply wanted the chance to own one of these limited-edition motorcycles. As it turned out, #153 of 177 would become the first chapter in a five-bike journey that ultimately grew into the complete collection offered here. Built to salute the Jack Daniel’s Fire Brigade and first responders everywhere, the Scout Bobber wears a matte black finish accented with gloss black trim and 24-karat gold graphics inspired by the Brigade’s trucks. The “Bottles and Throttles Don’t Mix” reminder on the front fender is great branding and even better advice. A liquid-cooled 69ci V-twin and a six-speed transmission provide motivation. A gold-plated plaque confirms the bike’s place in the production run, and its odometer shows zero miles.
2020 Jack Daniel’s Limited Edition Indian Springfield Dark Horse

Two years later, came this Springfield Dark Horse; just 177 examples were built, of which this one is number 12. Its two-tone Heavy Metal Crystal and Thunder Black Vivid Crystal paint is meant to evoke the charcoal mellowing used to refine the whiskey, while accessories added by Klock Werks Kustom Cycles include 12-inch mid-rise ape hangers, slammed saddlebags, an LED lighting package, and a leather gunfighter seat bearing Single Barrel Select branding. This was also the first production bike to be powered by Indian’s 116ci Thunder Stroke, previously available only as a parts-catalog upgrade. The sellers secured this bike via lottery system to make it the second in the collection, and it is sold with its factory Single Barrel Select serving tray. The odometer shows zero miles.
2021 Jack Daniel’s Limited Edition Indian Roadmaster Dark Horse

Gentleman Jack joins the party for the third chapter in the sellers’ collection. This Roadmaster Dark Horse is #41 of just 107 produced worldwide, and wears Whiskey Pearl paint and an exclusive Oakwood ceramic engine finish meant to play off the whiskey’s flavor notes and mellowing process. The touring kit includes a trunk, slammed saddlebags, 600-watt PowerBand audio, and a heated and cooled ClimaCommand Rogue seat that made its debut as standard equipment here (so your backside can get the mellowing treatment, too). A Montana Silversmiths number badge nestles between the cylinders, and a matching-numbered Jack Daniel’s belt buckle is included in the sale. As with the others in the collection, the odometer reads zero miles.
2022 Jack Daniel’s Limited Edition Indian Challenger Dark Horse

By this point, rye not? The fourth bike takes its cue from Tennessee Rye. This Challenger Dark Horse is #42 of 107, giving the collection a couple of consecutive production numbers from consecutive model years. Rye Metallic paint with gold and green accents sets the mood, and a liquid-cooled 108ci PowerPlus V-twin backs it up with 122 horsepower and 128 lb-ft of torque. The party trick is the Pathfinder headlight, which shifts its beams as the bike leans so corners stay lit as you carve through them (hopefully unaided by the aforementioned rye). The numbered floor mat that shipped with the bike is included in the sale. Unlike its zero-mile stablemates, this one has traveled a single mile.
2023 Jack Daniel’s Limited Edition Indian Chief Bobber Dark Horse

Wrapping things up is a Prohibition-inspired Chief Bobber Dark Horse, #118 of 177, the motorcycle that completed the sellers’ five-year pursuit of every Jack Daniel’s Indian release. It’s the first in the series to feature actual Jack Daniel’s whiskey mixed into the paint, and the old-school theme runs deep with a floating solo saddle, bobbed fenders, wire-spoke wheels, and a raw-looking 116ci Thunder Stroke V-twin. Its arrival also created one of the sellers’ favorite memories from the journey, as longtime friend Todd McKelly, who helped them secure several of the motorcycles along the way, was there to unveil the Chief Bobber when it arrived in 2023; be sure to check out the video of the moment in the gallery!
