This 1968 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova coupe is a custom build completed circa 2022, with work including a repaint in metallic blue, installing a 500ci stroker V8 and a Tremec five-speed manual transmission, and modifying the suspension with Hotchkis components. The engine utilizes dual Edelbrock carburetors, custom valve covers, headers, and a Mallory distributor, and the car is also equipped with a 12-bolt Moser rear axle, forged 17″ Boze wheels, four-wheel Wilwood power disc brakes, power steering, body-color bumpers, and aftermarket exterior lighting. The cabin is outfitted with AutoMeter instrumentation, a MOMO steering wheel, late-model front bucket seats, black leather upholstery, a custom center console, a Hurst shifter, and a bolt-in roll bar. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2026, this modified Chevy II Nova is now offered in New Jersey with a Virginia title.

The body was refinished in blue during the 2022 refurbishment. Styling elements include body-color bumpers, a raised-cowl hood, a black grille, aftermarket headlights, round driving lights, sport mirror housings, a front air dam, and LED taillights.

Forged 17″ Boze wheels are mounted with Nitto NT555 tires measuring 245/45 in the front and 315/35 in the rear, and a mini-tub kit was installed to accommodate the rear wheel and tire package. Power-assisted steering is equipped, and braking is handled by red-finished Wilwood multi-piston calipers over slotted and drilled rotors at all four corners.

Suspension modifications include Hotchkis tubular front A-arms, KYB front shocks, QA1 rear shocks, revised springs, Proforged steering linkages, and subframe connectors.

The cabin houses late-model front bucket seats and a contoured rear bench upholstered in black leather with color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Equipment includes a custom center console with cupholders and a Hurst shifter along with a bolt-in roll bar, blue seatbelts, and a fire extinguisher mounted to the rear harness bar.

A leather-wrapped MOMO steering wheel frames AutoMeter Pro-Comp white-dial instrumentation consisting of a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 8k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The selling dealer tells us the big-block V8 is a 500ci stroker motor that was installed circa 2022. It is equipped with a Mallory distributor, dual Edelbrock four-barrel carburetors, an Edelbrock intake manifold, polished aluminum valve covers, and a Griffin aluminum radiator. The battery has been relocated to the trunk.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear axle, which the selling dealer tells us is a Moser Engineering unit with an aluminum cover and a limited-slip differential. Performance headers lead to an X-pipe exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers and turn-down finishers exiting ahead of the rear axle.
The Virginia title has an Exceeds odometer brand.
