1969 Porsche 911T Coupe

This 1969 Porsche 911T coupe was delivered new to Italy and came specified in Ossi Blue over a black interior. It is powered by a 2.0-liter flat-six linked with a Type 901 five-speed manual transaxle, and equipment includes disc brakes, 15″ Fuchs alloy wheels, a Blaupunkt AM/FM stereo, and Recaro seats. The car was acquired by the seller in 2022, and it underwent a repaint in 2026. This 911T coupe is now offered with a Porsche Classic Technical Certificate, an Italian libretto , manufacturer’s literature, service records, and Italian registration in the seller’s name.

The Karmann-built coupe came finished from the factory in Ossi Blue (6803) and was repainted in 2026. Exterior details include polished trim, a chrome-plated grille on the rear engine lid, a driver-side mirror, and Euro-market lighting.

The 15″ Fuchs alloy wheels were polished in 2019 and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires measuring 185 /70. A spare is housed in the front trunk. The car was factory equipped with an independent front suspension including an anti-sway bar, longitudinal torsion bar, upper struts, and lower wishbones. The rear semi-trailing arm setup features a transverse torsion bar.

The cabin houses Recaro sport seats that were rebuilt and trimmed in black leather in 2023. A Blaupunkt Turin AM/FM radio is housed in the stock location, and the car is equipped with three-point front seatbelts, a retractable antenna, a heated rear window, and a fire extinguisher.

The four-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a central 8k-rpm tachometer, a 250-km/h speedometer, an analog clock, and gauges for fuel level, oil level, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 67k kilometers (~42k miles), approximately 3k of which were added under current ownership.

The 2.0-liter flat-six was factory rated at 110 horsepower and 116 lb-ft of torque and was overhauled approximately 17k kilometers ago in 2007 in Northern Italy, including replacement of the piston rings and a service of the timing chain tensioners. The clutch, spark plugs, and batteries were replaced in July 2020. An oil change was performed in July 2022, and the car underwent a Porsche Classic Technical inspection in March 2023. Compression test results taken in 2023 are viewable at the end of the gallery.

Engine stamping *61906241* is shown above, and the number is noted to correspond with original documents on the Classic Technical Certificate, as is the gearbox number 7191978.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a Type 901 five-speed manual transaxle. The clutch was replaced in 2020.

The Porsche Classic Technical Certificate lists the factory colors and serial numbers along with a production date of December 16, 1968.

Photos taken during the repaint process are provided in the gallery.

The vehicle is being sold on its Italian registration, which serves as an ownership document in Italy. The Certificato di Revisione (inspection certificate) is valid through June 2027.
