This 2001 Plymouth Prowler was purchased in 2009 by the current owner, who has driven a few thousand of the 6k miles. The car wears a repaint in silver and dark blue with leopard-print and checker-pattern accents, and power is provided by a 3.5-liter V6 paired with a four-speed automatic transaxle. It rides on staggered-diameter five-spoke wheels, and further appointments include a black convertible soft top, an Infinity sound system, keyless entry, and Agate leather upholstery. This Prowler is now offered in Colorado by the seller on behalf of his family member with a damage-free Carfax report and an Arizona title in the owner’s name.

Finished from the factory in Prowler Silver, the car has been repainted at a cost of $10k in silver and dark blue with leopard-print and checker-pattern accents. Exterior equipment includes split rear bumpers with integrated lights as well as cycle-style front fenders, power-adjustable side mirrors, rear stone guards, and a black manually operated convertible top that stows in the rear-hinged trunk. A photograph of a blemish is shown in the gallery below.

The chrome-finished five-spoke 17″ front and 20″ rear wheels are mounted with older Goodyear tires that are in need of replacement, per the seller. The suspension utilizes coilovers mounted inboard of the narrow front bodywork, and braking is from four-wheel ventilated discs.

Agate leather covers the bolstered bucket seats, which feature embossed Prowler logos on the seatbacks. The door panels and carpets are color-coordinated, and the AutoStick shifter allows manual gear selection for the automatic transaxle. Additional interior details include an Infinity sound system, keyless entry, air conditioning, cruise control, speed-sensitive power locks, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo with a graphic equalizer paired with a six-disc CD changer.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 7k-rpm AutoMeter tachometer, and a body-color instrument panel houses a central 150-mph speedometer as well as gauges for voltage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 6k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.5-liter V6 features an aluminum block and was factory rated at 253 horsepower and 255 lb-ft of torque.

Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a torque tube and a rear-mounted four-speed automatic transaxle.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage. It also lists at least one open recall.
The Arizona title carries an “Actual Mileage” notation under the Odometer Reading section.
