Porsche 356 Speedster Replica by Intermeccanica

This Porsche 356 Speedster replica was manufactured by Intermeccanica in 1979 and is powered by an air-cooled 2,164cc flat-four linked with a four-speed manual transaxle. Finished in Ivory, the car is equipped with a black soft top, front disc brakes, auxiliary lights, and 15″ steel wheels with hubcaps. The cockpit offers a wood-rimmed Nardi steering wheel, a heater, a push-button radio, drilled pedals, and cupholders. Acquired by the current owner in 2022, this 356 Speedster replica is now offered with an owner’s manual and Alabama registration that describes the car as a 1957 Porsche 356 Speedster.

The fiberglass bodywork is finished in Ivory, and exterior equipment includes a black soft top, auxiliary lights, headlight guards, dual fender-mounted side mirrors, and gold badging. A crack in the left rear fender has been repaired and painted.

The car rides on 15″ steel wheels with hubcaps, and stopping power is provided by front discs and rear drums.

Black vinyl with ivory piping covers the bucket seats, while gray carpets line the floors. Appointments include a push-button radio, drilled pedals, lap belts, cupholders, and a heater.

The wood-rimmed Nardi steering wheel fronts a 120-mph VDO speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and a combination gauge. A readout for oil pressure is centrally mounted in the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 10k miles, approximately about 3k of which were added under current ownership. The trip odometer does not work.

The air-cooled 2,164cc flat-four is equipped with dual carburetors and a Bosch ignition coil. An oil change was performed in 2026.

Power is directed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle.

The vehicle is being sold on its Alabama registration, which serves as an ownership document in Alabama and lists the sequence 117205995 as the VIN.
