This 1979 KTM MC80 400 was acquired by the seller in 2026 and thereafter put on static display. The bike is finished in white with multi-colored stripes and yellow number plates, and is equipped with a 398cc two-stroke single paired with a six-speed transmission. Details include a kick starter, a Bing carburetor, a high-mount expansion-chamber exhaust system, a black vinyl solo seat, a cross-braced handlebar, a Marzocchi fork, Öhlins shocks, wire-spoke wheels with alloy rims, and high-mounted composite fenders. This MC80 400 is now offered at no reserve in Wisconsin for off-road use only with a center stand and a bill of sale.

The white bodywork has red, orange, and purple graphics and is set over an orange-finished steel double-cradle frame. Details include a black vinyl solo seat, high-mounted composite fenders, front and side number plates, and serrated folding foot pegs. Imperfections on the graphics, paint, and right-side grip are shown in the gallery, and the pictured center stand will accompany the bike.

Wire-spoke wheels measure 21″ in front and 18″ out back and are laced to alloy rims and mounted with Metzeler Cross Enduro tires. Braking is accomplished by drums at both ends. Suspension consists of a leading-axle Marzocchi fork with painted lowers, as well as twin Öhlins shocks attached to the swingarm. One of the fork gaiters is ripped.

The cross-braced handlebar is finished in black and carries matching grips and switchgear along with bright levers. The bike is not equipped with instrumentation, therefore total mileage is unknown.

The 398cc two-stroke single is equipped with radial cooling fins, a left-side kick starter, a Bing carburetor, and an upswept expansion-chamber exhaust system that exits high on the right side of the bike. The seller states the engine has not been started or run under current ownership.

The bike is equipped with a six-speed transmission and a drive chain.
The bike does not have a title or registration. It is being sold on a bill of sale only.
