1991 Buick Riviera at No Reserve

This 1991 Buick Riviera has 52k miles following registration history in Illinois, and it was acquired by the seller on BaT in April 2026. Finished in Light Antelope Firemist over tan cloth, the two-door coupe is powered by a fuel-injected 3.8-liter V6 paired with a four-speed automatic transaxle. Equipment includes 15″ steel wheels with wire-look covers along with four-wheel ABS disc brakes, a power-adjustable driver seat, a digital instrument cluster, electronic climate control, cruise control, power windows and door locks, and a JVC CD stereo with Bluetooth capability and a USB input. This Riviera is now offered at no reserve with factory service manuals, the removed factory cassette stereo, spare parts and receipts, a Carfax report, and a clean Tennessee title in the seller’s name.

Light Antelope Firemist paint is accented by a Riviera hood ornament, a bright grille, chrome bodyside trim, pinstripes, halogen headlights, power-adjustable mirrors, and a heated rear window. Dings and chips are visible around the bodywork. The hood is said to have been repainted, and a ceramic paint coating was added under current ownership. The Carfax report notes an accident with damage to the right-side pillars in 2003.

Steel 15” wheels wear wire-look covers along with 215/65 Kumho Solus TA11 tires with 2020 production date codes. Four-wheel antilock disc brakes were standard along with fully independent suspension. An overhaul of the braking system carried out in 2022 consisted of replacing the pads and rotors at all four corners, as well as the front calipers and the master cylinder. The struts and stabilizer bar end links were also replaced in 2022.

Medium Antelope cloth lines the power-adjustable front bucket seats and the rear bench. The car is equipped with a power-adjustable driver seat, power windows and locks, automatic climate control, cruise control, updated front speakers, and a JVC CD stereo with Bluetooth and a USB input. A window motor was replaced under current ownership, and the factory stereo is included in the sale. The air conditioning condenser was replaced and the system was recharged in preparation for the sale. The driver’s window does not roll all the way down.

The leather-wrapped airbag steering wheel sits on a tilt column and frames a digital instrument cluster consisting of a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary readouts for voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 52k miles, approximately 1k of which were added by the seller.

The transversely mounted 3.8-liter V6 is equipped with tuned port fuel injection and was factory rated at 170 horsepower and 220 lb-ft of torque. Work in 2022 consisted of replacing coolant hoses, spark plugs, and the serpentine belt.

Power is delivered to the front wheels via a four-speed automatic transaxle. Corrosion is visible on suspension surfaces and various undercar shields.

The Carfax report notes the aforementioned 2003 damage.
