This 1991 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 cabriolet was purchased on BaT in August 2020 by the current owner, who has since added ~9k miles and had its timing chain cover gaskets, drive belts, and more replaced. Powered by a 3.6-liter flat-six that drives all four wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle, the car is finished in Grand Prix White over blue leather. Equipment includes a blue soft top, 996-sourced wheels, a limited-slip differential, a boot cover, power-adjustable front seats, cruise control, a Sony stereo, and air conditioning. This 964 C4 cabriolet is offered by a BaT Local Partner on behalf of the current owner with a Carfax report and an Illinois title in the owner’s name.

The car is finished in Grand Prix White (908) and features a replacement cobalt blue convertible soft top, and when it was installed, the power top mechanisms were also replaced. Additional exterior details include a boot cover, a speed-activated rear spoiler, integrated fog lights, and heated and power-adjustable side mirrors. An October 2022 entry on the Carfax report lists “minor damage” to the rear, left rear, and right rear of the car. The bumpers and rear corners of the car have received bodywork.

The silver-painted 17″ 996-sourced wheels are mounted with Cooper Zeon RS3-G1 tires. The 964 was the first 911 to come standard with power steering and anti-lock brakes.

The power-adjustable front bucket seats are upholstered in blue leather and are complemented by a color-coordinated dash, center console, and door panels. Amenities include an eight-way power-adjustable driver seat, a Sony stereo, power windows, cruise control, and air conditioning. The climate control servo motors were replaced in 2020.

The leather-wrapped four-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline as well as a 180-mph speedometer, a Quarz analog clock, and gauges for oil level, oil pressure, oil temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 67k miles, approximately 9k of which were added under current ownership. The speedometer was repaired in 2021, and the airbag wiring harness and crash sensors have been replaced.

The air-cooled 3.6L M64 flat-six was factory rated at 247 horsepower and 228 lb-ft of torque. The timing chain cover gaskets and left engine mount were replaced in 2021, and the drive belts were replaced in 2025. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to all four wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle, and the Carrera 4 features a computer-controlled limited-slip differential. A Fabspeed exhaust system is fitted, and the axle assemblies and boots have been replaced.

A spare set of 16″ Design 90 wheels is included in the sale.
The Carfax report lists the aforementioned October 2022 damage.
The Illinois title lists “Mileage Not Required” beneath the Legend(s) section.
