This 2008 Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 coupe was deemed a total loss after an impact with a guardrail in 2018 and was rebuilt under previous ownership before the seller’s acquisition in 2025. Finished in Giallo Evros over Nero Perseus and Avorio Lilium leather, it is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 mated to an E-gear six-speed automated transmission and an all-wheel-drive system with a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a front-axle lift, adaptive suspension, 18″ alloy wheels, xenon headlights, active aero elements, automatic climate control, and a Kenwood touchscreen infotainment system paired with a custom sound system. Service under current ownership included changing the oil as well as the transaxle and differential fluids, and replacing the battery, a catalyst cold joint sensor, a coolant line, engine mounts, and front lift line seals. This Murciélago LP640 coupe has 22k miles and is offered with exterior and interior covers, an owner’s manual, a tool kit, service records, build photos, a Carfax report, and a California title in the seller’s name.

The Murciélago was designed by Luc Donckerwolke and was publicly unveiled in 2001 at the Frankfurt Motor Show as the replacement for the Diablo. This example left the factory finished in Rosso Vic and collided with a guardrail in June 2018. A replacement front clip sourced from a Canadian-market car that had experienced an engine fire was grafted onto the front end, and the Grigio Avalon and Rosso Vic bodywork was then refinished in Giallo Evros under previous ownership. In-process photos of the rebuild are presented in the gallery. The left fender has ripples, the passenger-side mirror does not power fold, and flaking paint is noted on the leading edge of the roof and rear bumper cover, which is said to have a slight mismatch to the body color after a recent repaint. The Carfax report notes damage reports in September 2010 and June 2018 in addition to Salvage/Rebuilt/Total Loss title issuances beginning in August 2018.

The 18″ Hemera alloy wheels were refinished in black and are mounted with Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires. The car is equipped with a front-axle lift system and active dampers. Stopping power is provided by silver-finished calipers over a GiroDisc two-piece slotted rotor at each corner. The front lift line seals were replaced in 2026, and the seller notes that the brake pads and rotors were replaced at all four corners the same year.

The manually adjustable seats are trimmed in Nero Perseus leather with Avorio Lilium inserts and red stitching. Appointments include automatic climate control, inboard shoulder restraints, carbon-fiber sill plates, a USB charging port, and a Kenwood touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay connectivity linked to replacement door speakers. A set of black carpets and floor mats is included in the sale.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts column-mounted paddle shifters and frames a 220-mph speedometer, a 9k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and oil temperature. The digital odometer indicates 22k miles, approximately 6k of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 6.5-liter V12 was factory rated at 632 horsepower and 487 lb-ft of torque. The starter was reportedly replaced in 2021, and service since 2025 included changing the oil and replacing a catalyst cold joint sensor in addition to the battery, a coolant line, and engine mounts. The car most recently passed a California emissions test in March 2026.

Power is routed to all four wheels through an E-gear six-speed automated transmission and an all-wheel-drive system with a limited-slip rear differential. The flywheel was resurfaced, and the clutch was replaced in 2021, and the seller notes that the E-gear pump was replaced at that time. The transaxle and front and rear differential fluids were changed in 2026.
The Carfax report notes the aforementioned damage reports in September 2010 and June 2018, as well as Salvage/Rebuilt/Total Loss title issuances beginning in August 2018.
