This 1979 Ford F-150 Custom was said to have been purchased new by its previous owner, who performed the recent build. The 351ci was modified with Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection and a Comp Cams camshaft, and the four-speed manual transmission and differentials were overhauled. The bed was replaced, and the truck was repainted in light blue and white with faux patina accents. It was additionally fitted with a 4″ Skyjacker suspension lift, 20″ chrome wheels, an earlier-style grille, LED headlights, and a RetroSound stereo. The cabin was overhauled with brown and black upholstery, and the steering wheel and rear window were replaced. This dentside F-150 was purchased by the seller in 2026, and it is now offered in Missouri at no reserve with spare parts and a clean Montana title in the name of the seller’s LLC.

The cab was separated from the frame during the refurbishment, and various rust and dent repairs were performed throughout. A replacement bed was installed, and the exterior was refinished in multiple layers of paint, which were subsequently sanded down to achieve a faux patina appearance. An earlier-style grille was installed, along with LED headlights, and additional details include chrome bumpers, tinted windows, swing-lock mirrors, a receiver hitch, and replacement weatherstripping. The sliding rear window was replaced with a single-pane rear window in June 2026, though the removed component is included in the sale.

Chrome 20″ five-spoke wheels are mounted with 35×13.50″ Nitto Ridge Grappler tires, which were said to have been installed in May 2026. The truck rides on a 4″ Skyjacker suspension lift kit and is further equipped with manually locking hubs, power steering, and front disc brakes. The seller notes that the brakes were overhauled during the refurbishment.

The faux patina finish extends to the body-color surfaces on the interior. The bench seat has been re-covered in brown vinyl with quilted black centers, and brown upholstery extends to the dash pad and door panels. The black carpeting is protected by matching floor mats, and further amenities include a RetroSound digital stereo, a heater, and replacement pedal covers.

The wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts an 85-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 54k miles. The Montana title lists an odometer reading of 154k miles, and notes it as actual.

The 351ci V8 has been fitted with a Comp Cams camshaft, Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection, and an Edelbrock intake manifold. Further details include an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans and a Flowmaster muffler. The seller recommends tuning the EFI system, as they note that the engine is currently running rich.

Power is sent through a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The seller notes that the transmission and differentials were overhauled during the build.
