This illuminated single-sided Chevron sign features the red and blue company logo below black company script on an embossed white translucent background. The sign measures approximately 21.75″ tall, is illuminated by internal fluorescent bulbs, and has a metal frame that is finished in white. This Chevron sign is now offered at no reserve in Southbury, Connecticut.

Chevron’s history extends back to 1879, when the Pacific Coast Oil Co. was established in California. The company’s design and script used here first appeared circa 1969. The sign has a translucent embossed face panel with the company logo in red and white, with black script against a white background. The piece measures approximately 21.75″ tall by 18.75″ wide by 5″ deep, and weighs about 15 pounds.

Illumination is provided by fluorescent bulbs housed within the enclosure using 120-volt circuitry, and a power cord with a two-prong wall plug exits from the back.

Pre-drilled mounting holes are found on the back of the enclosure.

Labels from J.F. Zimmerman & Sons of Jacksonville, Texas, are affixed to the piece, one of which carries the handwritten date of September 1990.
