This Gen II Viper V10 engine was removed from a 1999 Viper GTS and will also fit RT/10 models. It was rebuilt and bored 0.020″ over by Archer Racing under previous ownership, and replacement gaskets are included for final assembly. The naturally aspirated engine features an aluminum block developed with assistance from Lamborghini, two valves per cylinder, dual throttle bodies, and red-finished valve covers. Acquired by the seller in 2021, this engine is now offered at no reserve in Apache Junction, Arizona, with a shipping crate.

The Viper V10 was based on Chrysler’s LA family of 90° V engines and utilized an aluminum block and cylinder heads. The pistons were replaced when the block was bored 0.020″ over.

Each valve cover is adorned with a Viper logo and logotype. One is engraved with the Archer Racing logo, while the other bears Venom 600 script. They’re used units that were added to protect the rebuilt valve train during storage and shipment. An intake manifold is not included.
