44k-Mile 1993 Mazda MX-5 Miata 5-Speed

This 1993 Mazda MX-5 Miata was purchased by the original owner from Blue Grass Mazda of Louisville, Kentucky, and it remained under their care until it was acquired by the seller in 2021. The car shows 44k miles and features the Package B, as well as a power steering, a black soft top, 14″ Daisy alloy wheels, power-operated side mirrors, air conditioning, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, power windows, and cruise control. Power is provided by a 1.6-liter DOHC inline-four linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Finished in Classic Red over black cloth, this NA Miata is now offered at no reserve with a window sticker, the owner’s manuals, service records, and an Indiana title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Classic Red and features a black convertible soft top, pop-up headlights, a convertible top boot, chrome door handles, a power antenna, power-operated side mirrors, and a single exhaust outlet. The seller notes dings and scratches around the body. The Carfax report lists an accident in an April 1996 entry, which the seller believes was a result of the rear soft top window being replaced by the previous owner.

The 14″ Daisy alloy wheels are mounted with General Altimax RT43 tires. The car is equipped with power steering, an independent double wishbone suspension, front and rear stabilizer bars, and four-wheel disc brakes.

The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in black cloth along with color-coordinated door panels. Interior amenities include an AM/FM/cassette stereo, air conditioning, cruise control, and power windows. A crack is visible on the dashboard.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 44k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.

The 1.6-liter DOHC inline-four was factory rated at 116 horsepower and 100 lb-ft of torque. The timing belt was replaced within the last 7k miles, and the radiator was replaced in 2021.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The clutch slave cylinder was replaced in May 2020.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Blue Grass Mazda of Louisville, Kentucky, as well as factory colors, options, and a total vehicle price of $18,820.

The Carfax report shows the aforementioned accident.

The Indiana title lists “Actual” under the Odometer/Brand section.
