1987 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe G50

This 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera coupe was initially delivered to Clark Porsche of Ogden, Utah, and it was listed on BaT in August 2023 before it was acquired by the current owner. Work under current ownership included a valve adjustment and replacing the clutch slave cylinder, engine mounts, tires, and assorted suspension and braking components. Finished in Guards Red over black leather upholstery, the car is powered by a 3.2-liter flat-six paired with a G50 five-speed manual transaxle. Additional equipment consists of 15″ Fuchs alloy wheels, a power-operated sunroof, fog lights, cruise control, air conditioning, a Blaupunkt cassette stereo, and power windows. This Carrera coupe shows 28k miles and is now offered with a reproduction window sticker, a Porsche Productions Specifications certificate, manufacturer’s literature, partial service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Tennessee title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Guards Red and features a power-operated sunroof, integrated fog lights, and heated power-adjustable side mirrors. The tow hook was straightened, and the hood and rear decklid struts were replaced in May 2022. The seller notes evidence of previous paintwork on the right quarter panel. Close-up photos of the paint and trim condition are viewable in the gallery below.

The 15″ Fuchs alloy wheels were mounted with staggered-width Falken Sincera SN250 A/S tires in March 2026. The left rear anti-sway bar mounting bracket was repaired, and the rubber suspension bushings and the front strut inserts, rear shocks, and the brake pads, rotors, and wear sensors at all four corners were replaced under current ownership.

The cabin features front seats trimmed in black leather upholstery along with color-coordinated door panels and carpeting. Amenities include a power-adjustable driver’s seat, cruise control, air conditioning, a Blaupunkt cassette stereo, and power windows.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a central tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline as well as a 170-mph speedometer, a Quartz clock, and gauges for oil level, oil pressure, oil temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 28k miles, approximately 9k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.2-liter M930/25 flat-six features Bosch Motronic engine management and was factory rated at 217 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque. Work in 2022 consisted of replacing the fuel tank sending unit, oil return tubes, the left camshaft chain tensioner oil line, and various hoses. A valve adjustment was performed in late 2025, and the engine mounts were replaced in March 2026. The oil was changed, and the engine air filter was replaced in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a G50 five-speed manual transaxle. The clutch slave cylinder was replaced in March 2026.

A Porsche Productions Specifications certificate, a reproduction window sticker, factory literature, service records, two sets of keys, and a tool kit are included in the sale.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other reported damage.
