This 1995 Dodge Viper RT/10 was specified in Viper Black over gray leather, and it has spent most of its time registered in California and Arizona. The car is powered by an 8.0-liter V10 paired with a six-speed manual transmission, and equipment includes a limited-slip differential, “smooth ” air-intake tubes, a removable soft top, a removable rear window, chrome-finished 17″ tri-spoke alloy wheels, zip-up vinyl windows, an Alpine head unit, and air conditioning. This Viper shows 56k miles and is now offered by the selling dealer in Texas with a clean Carfax report and a New York title.

The first-generation Viper was designed in-house at Chrysler by Tom Gale and utilizes composite body panels over a tubular steel space-frame chassis. This example is finished in Viper Black (PX3) and features fog lights, a removable soft top, a removable rear window, a forward-opening clamshell hood, and side-exit exhaust outlets. An aftermarket fuel-filler door has been installed. Imperfections are present on the body, and the passenger-side door does not open.

The chrome-finished 17″ tri-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with a mix of Vercelli and Michelin tires. Curb marks are present on the rear-left wheel. The RT/10 is equipped with power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering, four-wheel independent suspension, and four-wheel vented disc brakes with RT/10-branded calipers up front. 1995 models were not equipped with ABS.

The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in gray leather with a matching dashboard, center console, and door panels. Additional equipment includes air conditioning, zip-up vinyl windows, and an Alpine head unit. Wear is evident in the cabin.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline. Auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and voltage are mounted atop the center stack. The six-digit odometer shows 56k miles.

The 8.0-liter OHV V10 was factory rated at 400 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque. “Smooth ” air-intake tubes have been installed, and the hood pad is damaged.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec T-56 six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Corrosion is noted on the underbody.
The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.
The current New York title is listed as a duplicate and carries an “Exempt” odometer reading.
