48k-Mile 2008 BMW M5

This 2008 BMW M5 is finished in Black Sapphire Metallic over Black Full Merino leather, and is powered by a 5.0-liter V10 paired with a seven-speed SMG sequential transmission. It is factory-equipped with the Full Leather Package, 19″ Style 166 wheels, adaptive bi-xenon headlights, a head-up display, Comfort Access, Enhanced Premium Sound, soft-close doors, power rear sunshades, and heated and ventilated multifunction front seats. The car was first registered in California, where it was sold as a BMW Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle in 2009. Acquired by the seller in 2010, this E60 M5 has 48k miles and now offered with the owner’s manual, service records, spare parts, accessories, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Maryland title in the seller’s name.

The M5 features flared fenders and rocker panels as well as revised bumper covers, front fender vents, and quad exhaust outlets when compared to the standard E60. This example is finished in Black Sapphire Metallic (475) and was optioned with a soft-close trunk lid and doors. It also has a glass sunroof, a decklid spoiler, adaptive bi-xenon headlamps with washers, and Park Distance Control parking sensors. The right-rear door has been repainted, reportedly due to a scrape. The car was detailed in August 2026 by Iontach Detailing Services, LLC of Winchester, Virginia.

Silver-finished 19″ Style 166 wheels were mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires in 2024, whcih are said to have since accrued less than 1,200 miles of use. Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) with M Dynamic Mode came standard, and braking is handled by four-wheel cross-drilled and ventilated discs. The front and rear brake rotors and pads were replaced in 2022 along with the parking brake shoe and actuator. The rear sway bar mounts were replaced in 2026.

The cabin was optioned with perforated Black Merino leather covering the seats and full Merino leather extending to the dashboard, center console, and door panels. The headliner is covered in Alcantara, while Aluminum Shadow trim accents the dashboard, center console, and doors. The heated and ventilated 20-way multifunction front seats offer active width adjustment and memory settings, and additional amenities include Comfort Access Keyless Entry, Enhanced Premium Sound, a six-disc CD changer, HD radio, USB ports, iDrive with navigation, satellite radio capability, a power rear sunshade and manual rear-side window sunshades, dual-zone automatic climate control, fold-down rear seats, and cruise control.

The driver is provided with a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel and a head-up display with additional M-specific functions including speed, dynamic engine speed range, and shift lights. Instrumentation consists of a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a variable redline, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 48k miles, 24k of which have been driven during current ownership.

The 5.0-liter S85 V10 features a semi-dry-sump lubrication system, individual throttle bodies, and double-VANOS variable valve timing. Factory-rated output was 500 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque. Work in 2026 included replacing the spark plugs, ignition coils, and thermostat, as well as flushing the coolant and changing the engine oil.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed SMG single-clutch sequential transmission and an M Variable differential.

Service records are included in the sale along with a fitted BMW car cover and a windshield sunshade with a storage cover, photos of which are provided in the gallery.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage.
