1972 Ford Bronco 4-Speed at No Reserve

This 1972 Ford Bronco is a wagon that was refurbished in 2017 under previous ownership, and it was acquired by the seller in 2019 and previously listed on BaT in September 2024. It is finished in red over black vinyl and powered by a 302ci V8 linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Since its previous auction, electrical repairs have been performed, and the starter, battery, and a fuel pump have been replaced. Equipment includes an Edelbrock carburetor, a dual exhaust system, a body lift, a 1″ suspension lift, a front and rear quad shock setup, power steering, front disc brakes, 15″ eight-hole alloy wheels, and a red hardtop with panoramic windows, in addition to aftermarket front and rear bumpers, wheel arch flares, tubular side steps, LED headlights, a front winch, a roll bar, air conditioning, and a RetroSound vintage-look Bluetooth radio. This Bronco is offered at no reserve with its original 1972 Florida “Sunshine State” license plate, a red hardtop, a high-lift jack, service records, parts invoices, and a clean Florida title.

The rear fenders have been cut, and the body has been refinished in red. Exterior details include a body lift and a hardtop with panoramic windows as well as aftermarket front and rear bumpers, wheel arch flares, tubular side steps, a front winch, LED headlights, window tint film, smoked light lenses, and a receiver-mounted tow hook. A crack is noted on the hardtop glass, and paint imperfections are noted.

The 15″ eight-hole alloy wheels were mounted with 35×12.5″ Xcellent Roadbreaker A/T tires in 2024. The truck is equipped with manually locking front hubs, power steering, a 1″ suspension lift, and quad front and rear shock absorbers. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums.

The low-back front bucket seats and rear bench were re-trimmed in black vinyl in 2025. A black textured coating has been applied to the floor, and equipment includes a roll bar, a locking center console with cupholders, air conditioning, a RetroSound vintage-look Bluetooth radio linked with an amplifier, 10″ subwoofer, and aftermarket speakers. The air conditioning system was serviced in 2025. The seller notes that the air conditioning and all interior electrical components are functional.

A wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a 100-mph speedometer encircled by gauges for voltage, fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 66k miles, approximately 20k of which were added under current ownership.  Total mileage is unknown.

The 302ci V8 was rebuilt in 2018 and is equipped with an Edelbrock carburetor and intake manifold as well as Ford Racing valve covers. In November 2025, the seller tells us that the electrical system was overhauled, and the starter, fuel pump, battery, and exhaust headers were replaced.

Power is routed through a four-speed manual transmission that was installed during previous ownership. The truck is equipped with a dual-range transfer case and a dual exhaust system. The transfer case was re-sealed, and the pinion seal was replaced in 2023, per the seller.
