2008 Porsche 911 GT2

This 2008 Porsche 911 GT2 is one of approximately 194 examples imported into the United States for the model year, and it is finished in Carrara White over black leather and Alcantara upholstery. Powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle, the car has been modified with Do88 Performance intercoolers, a Protomotive ECU tune, and stainless-steel coolant pipes as well as a RSS Tarmac Stage II suspension and a Porsche Classic PCCM+ infotainment system. Equipment includes the Sport Chrono Package, a locking differential, Basalt Black–finished 19″ wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes, a rear wing, heated power-adjustable seats, a Bose sound system, and automatic climate control. The GT2 was sold new by Porsche Newport Beach in California, and the seller purchased the car in 2019 and has since added approximately 6k of its 25k miles. This 997.1 GT2 is now offered with a clean Carfax report, manufacturer’s literature, service records, removed factory parts, a lithium battery trickle charger, and a Texas title in the seller’s name.

The GT2 features an aluminum trunk lid and doors and can be visually distinguished by a fixed rear wing with integrated intakes, a revised front bumper with enlarged inlets, and a front lip spoiler. This example is equipped with xenon headlights and dual exhaust outlets. Paint-protective film has been applied to the front of the car and to its lower sides.

The RSS Tarmac Stage II suspension was installed in-house by Road Sport Supply in Costa Mesa, California, around 2012, according to a previous owner of the vehicle.

Staggered-width 19″ GT2 wheels are finished Basalt Black with silver lips and are mounted with 235/35 front and 325/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires that were installed in 2023. The GT2 is equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), and it features stiffer dampers, higher spring rates, and a ride height one inch lower in comparison to the contemporary 911 Turbo. The Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) feature yellow six- and four-piston calipers along with cross-drilled rotors.

The heated power-adjustable bucket seats are trimmed in black leather with Alcantara inserts, and matching upholstery extends to the dashboard, center console, and door panels. A Porsche Classic PCCM+ infotainment system installed in 2023 features navigation, a back-up camera, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. Other interior appointments include body-color accents, the Sport Chrono Package, a Bose surround-sound system, automatic climate control, and cruise control.

The Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel was re-covered in 2020 by Dallas Custom Steering Wheel. It frames a central tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline as well as a 225-mph speedometer and gauges for oil temperature, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 25k miles, approximately 6k of which were added under current ownership.

The twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six was updated with a Protomotive ECU tune in 2019 and Do88 Performance intercoolers in 2020. Shark Werks stainless-steel coolant pipes were fitted at the company’s workshop under prior ownership and the coolant pipes were pinned; the seller notes that the vehicle is pictured under the Projects section on the Shark Werks website, although the exhaust system has since been removed. The spark plugs were replaced and the oil was changed in September 2026. Images of the accompanying removed factory parts are viewable in the gallery below.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle with a locking differential.

The Carfax report is free of accidents and other damage.

The Texas title lists “Exempt” under the Odometer Reading section.
