2005 BMW M3 Convertible 6-Speed

This 2005 BMW M3 convertible resided with its original owner until it was purchased in 2017 by the seller, and it has been in California since new. Power is provided by a 3.2-liter inline-six linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, and it was specified in Silver Gray Metallic over Grey Nappa leather. The car rides on Bilstein B6 shocks and 19″ M double-spoke Style 67 wheels and is further appointed with xenon headlights, rear Park Distance Control parking sensors, heated power-adjustable front sport seats, an aftermarket head unit, and a Harman Kardon sound system. This E46 M3 has been driven 114k miles and is now offered with a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Silver Gray Metallic (A08), and exterior details include xenon headlights with washers as well as rear Park Distance Control parking sensors, fog lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, LED taillights, and quad exhaust outlets. The black soft top is missing its rear window, and photographs of other blemishes are shown in the gallery below. The Carfax report shows damage in November 2012, an accident in August 2021, and further damage in April 2026.

The car rides on Bilstein B6 shocks and 19″ M double-spoke Style 67 wheels, the latter of which have curb marks and are mounted with Continental tires. The car was factory equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). The rear trailing arm bushings have been replaced.

The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Grey Nappa leather, while rubber mats line the footwells. Further interior amenities include an aftermarket head unit with Apple CarPlay connectivity and navigation as well as a Harman Kardon sound system, driver-seat position memory settings, and automatic climate control. USB charging ports have been fitted in place of the ashtray. The headliner is torn, the left-side door actuator is broken, trim pieces are missing, and the center console lid and front seats are worn.

The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel features M-color stitching and frames a 185-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a variable redline along with gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 114k miles, approximately 40k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six was factory rated at 333 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. The VANOS solenoid has been replaced with an upgraded unit, per the seller.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The Carfax report shows the aforementioned accident and damage entries.
