2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon AEV 5.7L Hemi

This 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon was retrofitted with a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 by American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) circa 2015. It was acquired by its current owner in 2021, and subsequent modifications have included customizing its interior, installing adjustable piggyback shocks, adding 20″ wheels with 38″ tires, and replacing its bumpers and lighting. The truck has a matte gray wrap over red and quilted gray upholstery, and it features adjustable piggyback shocks, 38″ Toyos, 20″ Fuel wheels, Wilwood disc brakes, Dana 44 axles, locking differentials, Rockford Fosgate subwoofers, a Pioneer touchscreen, and Rigid off-road lighting. This JK Wrangler Unlimited has 34k miles, and it is offered by the seller with a binder of service records dating from 2015, an Experian AutoCheck report, a clean Carfax report and an Arizona title.

The body has a matte gray wrap over Red Rock pearlescent paint, and the truck is equipped with Bushwacker fender flares, ADD bumpers, N-Fab step bars, a Warn winch, and LED lighting.

The ride height is lifted over 38×15.5″ Toyo Open Country M/T tires, which are mounted on Fuel 20″ wheels, and adjustable Rough Country piggyback shocks are fitted. Wilwood brake calipers are paired with drilled-and-slotted rotors for stopping power.

The cabin features red and quilted gray upholstery, Hemi embroidery, remote keyless entry, power windows, air conditioning, and a Pioneer touchscreen. Dynamat sound-deadening insulation is reported, and a pair of Rockford Fosgate subwoofers are installed in the cargo area as well.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel is trimmed with red stitching, and it is mounted on a tilt column. The digital odometer indicates 34k miles, approximately 13k of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.7-liter Hemi V8 was installed by AEV in 2015. A Vibrant muffler was added in 2021. Work in 2026 involved replacing the thermostat, EVAP vapor canister purge solenoid, and engine oil as well as fitting a replacement AGM battery.

The four-speed automatic transmission is mated to a Rock-Trac 4:1 transfer case. The drivetrain was further equipped at the factory with Dana 44 axles, locking differentials, and 4.10:1 gearsets. A Dynatrac differential cover is installed out back.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage. Photos of the included Experian AutoCheck report are provided in the gallery.
