BluePrint 302-Powered Factory Five Racing 30th Anniversary Mk5 Roadster 5-Speed

This Factory Five Racing Mk5 Roadster is #1 of 30 kits produced to commemorate the company’s 30th anniversary. Assembled by the seller and his family between 2025 and 2026, the car is finished in Burgundy Velvet over Buckskin leather upholstery and is powered by a BluePrint Engines 302ci V8 that is equipped with Holley Sniper 2 throttle-body fuel injection and is linked to a Tremec five-speed manual transmission. Features unique to kits in the 30th Anniversary edition include a bronze powder-coated frame, black-anodized aluminum chassis panels, Koni double-adjustable shocks, black Wilwood calipers with white anniversary lettering, and serialized instrumentation. The car rides on 17″ Halibrand-style wheels and has power rack-and-pinion steering, forged aluminum front and rear control arms, and independent rear suspension in addition to polished stainless-steel side exhaust, Schroth racing harnesses, and air conditioning. This Mk5 Roadster is now offered with a Factory Five 30-branded car cover, a BluePrint Engines dyno sheet, and a Texas title listing the vehicle as a 2026 ASVE.

The composite bodywork was redesigned for the Mk5, and 30th Anniversary models received a bronze powder-coated frame with black-anodized aluminum chassis panels. This example was finished in the Ford shade of Burgundy Velvet by Grubbs Motorsports of Garland, Texas, and is equipped with LED exterior lighting, a carbon-fiber hood scoop, fender vents, wind wings, billet side-view mirrors, and anniversary edition badging as well as dual roll hoops, a Le Mans-style fuel filler, and side-exit exhaust pipes. PPF has been applied to the front nose and rear quarter panels. The seller notes that the car is set up to accept an optional hardtop, though one is not included in the sale.

Halibrand-style 17″ wheels with matte bronze centers wear faux three-eared knock-off spinners and are mounted with Mickey Thompson Street Comp tires measuring 245/45 up front and 315/35 at the rear. Black-finished Wilwood calipers feature white Anniversary text and are fitted over power-assisted drilled and slotted rotors at all four corners. The car is equipped with power rack-and-pinion steering, forged aluminum front and rear control arms, a front and rear sway bar kit, and 30th Anniversary-specific Koni double-adjustable, aluminum-bodied shocks.

Custom Buckskin leather upholstery is accented by diamond-pattern stitching on the inserts and Factory Five 30 embroidery on the backrests. The seats are equipped with Schroth racing harnesses, and additional interior details include air conditioning, AC-branded pedal covers, and 30th anniversary edition embroidered floor mats.

A dash-mounted plate denotes this car as #1 of 30 30th Anniversary examples.

A Factory Five 30 center cap adorns the wood-rimmed steering wheel, and the reverse-sweep 180-mph GPS speedometer and 8k-rpm tachometer also have 30th Anniversary badging. The digital odometer shows 259 miles.

The BluePrint Engines 302vi V8 crate engine is equipped with a hydraulic roller camshaft, a dual-plane satin aluminum intake manifold, and aluminum HP9009 cylinder heads as well as polished pulleys and brackets, a custom-fabricated stainless-steel expansion tank, and a lithium-ion battery with a main cut-off switch. The Holley Sniper 2 electronic fuel injection system is fed by a Holley in-tank fuel pump.

The engine is backed by a Tremec TKX five-speed manual transmission equipped with an aluminum bellhousing and a McLeod Super Street Pro single-disc clutch with a hydraulic throw-out bearing. A 50-oz flywheel and a 3.55 limited-slip differential are also fitted.

A 2024 dyno sheet provided by BluePrint Engines shows output of 393 horsepower and 364 lb-ft of torque.

The car is titled using the Factory Five VIN F5R1011243M5, and the current Texas title carries “Not Actual Mileage” and “Replica: 1965 Sheb” notations.
