This 1987 BMW 325i convertible has been registered in Tennessee since October 1987, and the previous owner reported purchasing it out of a barn. The car is finished in white with a black soft top over a black interior with front Sport seats. Power is provided by a 2.5-liter inline-six linked to a four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a Sport steering wheel, 14″ bottle cap wheels, and an aftermarket stereo and speakers. Acquired by the seller in 2020, this E30 convertible is now offered at no reserve with service records, spare parts, a damage-free Carfax report, and a clean Tennessee title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in white and is equipped with a replacement black soft top, fog lights, and quad headlights. The seller notes some marks on the soft top rear window and folding points as well as loose strings on the sides. Rust is visible on the trunk lid, the windshield washer sprayers do not work properly, and other exterior blemishes can be seen in the gallery below.

The 14″ bottle cap alloy wheels were mounted with Petlas tires in August 2026, according to the seller. Stopping is accomplished via ventilated front and solid rear disc brakes, and the brake fluid was flushed in May 2026.

Black leather trims the front Sport seats and the rear bench. A Bluetooth-capable Kenwood CD stereo is hooked to aftermarket speakers. The air conditioning does not work, rust is noted in the driver’s footwell, the front seatbacks have scratches, the power windows operate slowly, the shift handle locking mechanism is not installed, and the onboard computer display is damaged and intermittently inoperative.

The three-spoke Sport steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The steering wheel rim has scratches. The odometer gear was replaced when it displayed 149k miles, according to the seller, and it currently shows 156k miles. Total mileage is unknown. The Carfax report notes a mileage inconsistency in February 2012.

The 2.5-liter M20B25 inline-six features fuel injection. The timing belt was replaced in 2012. The fan belt was replaced early on in the seller’s ownership, the oil pan gasket was replaced in April 2024, and the power steering belt was replaced in June 2026. The seller recommends replacing a power steering hose.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission that the seller says will not shift out of first gear when cold. Videos of the transmission operation are provided in the gallery below. The gearbox fluid was flushed, and the filter was replaced in June 2026.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage and notes the aforementioned mileage inconsistency.

The Tennessee title notes the model as “25i.”
