The exterior is clad in aluminum bodywork and fitted with an awning, while the interior offers a sofa bed, a fold-away dining table, a double-basin sink, a four-burner cooktop, a refrigerator/freezer, woodgrain flooring, a shower, and a toilet. Additional equipment includes a house air conditioner, 15″ steel wheels, utility connections, and dual propane tanks. This Land Yacht Ambassador is now offered at no reserve by the seller with a clean Washington title.
Measuring approximately 29′ long, the exterior is wrapped in riveted aluminum bodywork and outfitted with an entry door with a separate screen panel along with an awning, folding boarding steps, and hinged windows. The window seals were replaced following the seller’s acquisition, and previously installed silicone sealant was removed. Additional details consist of clearance lights, equipment compartments, and an extended rear bumper with integrated storage. Utility connections for water, waste disposal, and electrical service are located on the street side. The camper rides on tandem axles and 15″ slotted steel wheels mounted with 225/75 Goodyear Marathon tires. Stopping is accomplished via electrically activated drum brakes.
The interior is outfitted with woodgrain floors, white walls, curtains, and skylight windows. The forward lounge area features a sofa bed, a side table that folds out for use as a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. A system-monitor panel and an overhead storage compartment are positioned above the sofa. House equipment includes an air conditioner, ceiling vents, a 45-gallon freshwater tank, a waste holding tank, and a 12-volt battery.
The galley is equipped with a laminate countertop, a double-basin sink, a four-burner propane range, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven. Storage compartments with roll-up doors are mounted above on both sides. The seller reports that various systems were tested under current ownership except for the heater and water heater.
The bedroom is located at the rear and is furnished with a mattress that is flanked by built-in nightstands. Audio speakers and reading lights are located overhead. The adjacent bathroom has a mirror, sink, toilet, shower, and cabinet.
A pair of propane tanks is secured to the tongue, and other chassis equipment includes a power-operated tongue jack, safety chains, and stabilizer jacks.
The serial number M1293J1513 is affixed to the trailer, and the sequence without the leading “M” is listed as the VIN on the current Washington title.
