This Cirrus White 1989 Saab 900 S hatchback was purchased by the seller from its second owner in 2025. Subsequent work has included replacing the spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor, air conditioning compressor, fuel pump, tires, and shocks, and more, as described below. Powered by a 2.0-liter inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transaxle, the car features include 15″ 15-hole wheels, a sunroof, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, air conditioning, power windows, and heated front bucket seats. This 900 S is offered at no reserve with the owner’s manual, service records, spare parts, two keys, Saab-branded floor mats, a clean Carfax report, and a Tennessee title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Cirrus White (153B) with black beltline trim and features a sunroof, power-adjustable side mirrors, cornering lights, and impact bumpers. A ding on the hood, a scratch on the decklid, and a damaged driver’s side headlight adjustment mechanism are noted. The washer fluid reservoir, sunroof deflector gasket, and trunk struts were replaced in 2026.

The silver-finished 15″ 15-hole wheels are fitted with Douglas tires that were recently mounted. Factory equipment included power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering, and braking is handled by discs at each corner. The shocks, brake pads, rotors, hoses, and rear calipers are said to have been replaced under current ownership.

The heated front bucket seats and rear bench are trimmed in Cashmere velour, and the headliner, door cards, rear parcel shelf, and C-pillars have been retrimmed. Interior appointments include an AM/FM/cassette stereo, air conditioning, power windows, and a heated rear window.

The padded steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 130-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline as well as an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 126k miles. Various dashboard lights do not illuminate.

The 2.0-liter 16-valve DOHC inline-four was factory rated at 128 horsepower and 128 lb-ft of torque. Under current ownership, a replacement ECU was installed, and the spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor, air filter, battery, fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel sending unit, and drive belts were reportedly replaced, along with the air conditioning compressor, lines, drier, and expansion valve. The system has been converted to R134A, and the removed air conditioning components are included in the sale.

Power is sent to the front wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. The transmission was serviced, and the clutch assembly and clutch cylinders were replaced in 2026. The seller notes a tear in the axle boots.
