This 1983 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is a 25th Anniversary Daytona 500 Pace Car Edition example that was acquired by the seller on BaT in April 2024. Subsequent work consisted of installing four tires, performing fluid services, and replacing the engine temperature sensor, fuel injectors, ignition coils, and battery cables. Now showing 27k miles, the car is finished in two-tone white and gray over Medium Sand Gray leather and suede upholstery and is powered by a 5.0-liter V8 paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes pace car graphics, removable glass roof panels, pop-up headlights, a rear spoiler, 16″ cast aluminum wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, Recaro front bucket seats, a cassette stereo, and air conditioning. The 16″ Hi-tech turbo cast aluminum wheels are mounted with 225/55 Continental Extreme Contact tires that were installed in 2024. The car came equipped from the factory with power steering as well as an independent front suspension with MacPherson struts, and stopping power is provided by power-assisted discs at all four corners. A brake fluid flush was performed in 2025.

The cabin features Recaro front sport seats upholstered in Medium Sand Gray leather with synthetic suede inserts.
