This Palomino beige 1960 Cadillac DeVille is a six-window sedan that was registered with its previous owner in Washington for 25 years, per the selling dealer, who tells us that refurbishments in 2024 included a repaint as well as upholstery work for its beige interior. The car is powered by a 390ci V8 paired with a four-speed automatic, and it has power steering, power brakes, power windows and locks, a power-adjustable front bench, and a push-button AM radio. This DeVille sedan is offered at no reserve with a Washington title.
The car was finished at the factory in Palomino (45), and it was repainted under previous ownership. Exterior details include quad headlights, dual side mirrors, and tail fins with integrated taillights. The six-window sedan’s overall length is 225 inches, which is just under 19 feet.
Power steering was standard equipment, and braking is provided by power-assisted drums at each corner. The 15″ steel wheels wear polished covers, and they are mounted with Michelin thin-whitewall tires.
Refreshed around two years ago, the cabin was trimmed at the factory with Fawn leather and cloth upholstery, and it has color-keyed carpets, a power-adjustable front seat, power windows, power vent windows, and an AM radio.
The two-spoke steering wheel fronts a horizontal 120-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 9k miles, although the selling dealer tells us that the mileage is not accurate, and total mileage is unknown.
The 390ci V8 was rated when new at 325 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque, which is delivered to the rear wheels through a four-speed Hydra-Matic automatic transmission.
