2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R

This 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R is a “Tool Trial” pre-production vehicle and now has 17k-miles. Finished in Grabber Lime over Ebony cloth and Miko suede, it is powered by a 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential. The car rides on 19″ carbon-fiber wheels and is equipped with Brembo brake calipers, a MagneRide damping system, a painted black roof, HID headlights, a carbon-fiber rear wing, LED taillights, quad exhaust outlets, a rearview camera, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and Recaro front seats. Acquired by the seller on BaT in August 2022, this GT350R is offered with service records, spare parts, a damage-free Carfax report, and a clean North Carolina title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Grabber Lime (F9) with an optional painted black roof and features HID projector headlights, a carbon-composite front grille, functional hood and fender vents, a front splitter with the Shelby logo, a carbon-fiber rear wing, LED taillights with sequential turn signals, and quad exhaust outlets. The previously added over-the-top and side stripes have been removed and the lower front grille has been replaced. Blemishes in the paint and on the front splitter are presented in the gallery.

The black 19″ carbon-fiber seven-spoke wheels were mounted with Falken Azenis tires in 2025, at which time the TPMS sensors were replaced. The R-specification suspension features a MagneRide damping system, and braking is handled by two-piece brake rotors with Brembo calipers at all four corners.

The cabin features Recaro front sport seats that have been reupholstered in Ebony cloth and Miko suede along with color-coordinated door panels and carpets, while exposed carbon-fiber trim accents the dashboard. The rear seat is omitted on R models, and equipment includes a rearview camera, a Shelby-branded shift knob, WeatherTech floor mats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. The right-side panel trim and trunk carpet have been replaced, according to the seller.

The passenger-side dashboard plaque designates this GT350R as chassis TT005.

The Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8,250-rpm redline, auxiliary gauges, and a central multifunction digital display. Additional gauges for oil pressure and oil temperature are mounted in the center stack. The digital odometer indicates 17k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft along with dual overhead camshafts, variable valve timing, and an engine oil cooler. A commemorative plaque displays the signature of the engine builder, and factory-rated output was 526 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. Additional coolers for the engine, transmission, and differential were standard. The oil was changed in 2025 and the battery was replaced in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a Tremec TR-3160 six-speed manual transmission and a 3.73:1 Torsen limited-slip differential.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists multiple open recalls.

There is currently a lien on the vehicle, and the seller’s lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the next owner.
