This 1981 Porsche 911SC Targa is said to have remained in one family since 2004, and it received over $25k in work between 2022 and 2026 following a period of storage. The car is finished in Wine Red Metallic over beige leather and features a removable roof panel, fog lights, 16″ Fuchs wheels, cruise control, and a Blaupunkt cassette stereo. Power is provided by a 3.0-liter flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. This 911SC Targa is offered in North Carolina on consignment by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, with a copy of the window sticker, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a South Carolina title.

The car is finished in Wine Red Metallic and has a removable roof panel, fog lights, and dual side mirrors. There are imperfections around the exterior, and the left quarter panel is believed to have been repainted.

The 16″ Fuchs wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02 tires that were fitted in 2022. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted disc brakes with ventilated rotors. Bilstein B6 dampers were installed in 2026, along with replacement strut mounts and stainless-steel brake hoses.

The 3.0-liter flat-six features Bosch fuel injection and was factory rated at 172 horsepower and 189 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels through a Type 915 five-speed manual transaxle. Over $10k in work was carried out in January 2022, including repairing the wiring, servicing the fuel system, replacing the air box, and resealing the gearbox. Work in 2026 totaled over $16k and included adjusting the valves, performing an oil change, replacing the clutch, frequency valve injector, timing chains, valve springs, head studs, and various seals, and installing oil-fed timing chain tensioners and ARP head studs. The selling dealer notes the engine tins have been powder coated.
