This 1989 Porsche is a rest-of-world 944 S2 that was imported from Japan to Canada over two decades ago and purchased by the seller in 2023. Finished in Alpine White over black Porsche-script upholstery, the car is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Features include 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels, pop-up headlights, fog lights, sport seats, a MOMO steering wheel, a Bluetooth-capable Pioneer stereo, power windows, and air conditioning. This 944 S2 is offered in Canada with a clean US Carfax report and an Ontario registration.

The car is finished in Alpine White (L90E) and features a rear window wiper, pop-up headlights, and fog lights. Dings are noted on the rocker panels, along with paint chips on the side mirrors and forward-facing surfaces. The windshield was replaced in 2021.

The 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels were sourced from a 968 model and were mounted with Continental ExtremeContact tires in 2021. Aftermarket coilover suspension is fitted, and braking is handled by four-wheel power-assisted ventilated discs with ABS. According to the seller, the ball joints, rear shocks, sway bars, and tie rods have been replaced in 2023.

The front sport seats are trimmed in black upholstery with Porsche-script inserts, along with a color-coordinated center console and door panels. Amenities include a Bluetooth-capable Pioneer stereo, power windows, and air conditioning. Two cracks are noted in the dashboard, and the air conditioning system was reportedly serviced in 2025.

The three-spoke MOMO steering wheel frames a 270-km/h speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit odometer shows 179k kilometers (~111k miles), approximately 2,800 of which were added under current ownership.

The water-cooled 3.0-liter M44 inline-four features Bosch engine management and was factory rated at 208 horsepower and 207 lb-ft of torque. The timing belt, oil pan gasket, rod bearings, and battery were replaced in 2023, per the seller, who notes that a cylinder has low compression. The results can be seen in the gallery below.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. The clutch assembly was replaced in 2021.

A spare set of 16″ Design 90 alloy wheels is included in the sale.
