1982 Chevrolet Corvette

This 1982 Chevrolet Corvette is powered by a 350ci L83 V8 that was rebuilt and bored .030″ over in 2001, and it features an Edelbrock Performer EPS intake manifold, Holley Sniper EFI, Holley Sniper Hyperspark ignition, and forged aluminum pistons. The engine is linked with a four-speed automatic transmission and a Positraction differential, and the car rides on 15″ eight-slot alloy wheels. The interior has been retrimmed in dark blue leather, and additional appointments include Silver Blue Metallic and Dark Blue Metallic paint, removable glass roof panels, a retro-look Bluetooth stereo, Alpine Type S speakers, and Dakota Digital gauges. The car was purchased in 2021 by the current owner, and it was listed on BaT in July 2026 by the selling dealer. This C3 Corvette is now offered again on dealer consignment by a BaT Local Partner with the owner’s manual, service records, a damage-free Carfax report, and a Delaware title.

The car is finished in Silver Blue Metallic and Dark Blue Metallic, and exterior details include removable glass T-top roof panels, pop-up headlights, remote-adjustable sport mirrors, and a heated rear window. Photographs of blemishes, including paint chips, are shown in the gallery below along with body mount areas. Prior damage is noted on the left fender, and it resulted in the replacement of the front bumper cover. The front-end has been repainted, the left fender is discolored, and the body mount bushings are cracked.

The 15″ eight-slot alloy wheels are mounted with 255/60 BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires that were installed in 2014. Braking is handled by four-wheel power-assisted discs. The steering box is seeping, per the selling dealer.

The cabin was redone in February 2006, and it included retrimming the bucket seats in dark blue leather and replacing the carpeting and door panels. Sound-deadening material was applied in the winter of 2025. The sound system uses a retro-look Bluetooth-capable stereo and Alpine Type S speakers. Additional details include a power-adjustable driver’s seat, cruise control, power door locks, and R134a-based air conditioning. The center dash vents do not work.

The three-spoke steering wheel has bronze spokes and frames Dakota Digital gauges including a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer. The center stack houses an analog clock and readouts for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer shows 1,600 miles. The Carfax report shows multiple “Exceeds Mechanical Limits Title Issued” entries along with a mileage inconsistency in May 2025. Total mileage is unknown.

The 350ci L83 V8 was rebuilt in June 2001, and the work included boring it .030″ over, honing the block, grinding the crankshaft, resizing the connecting rods, installing forged aluminum pistons, and replacing the camshaft. In 2022, the factory Cross-Fire Injection system was removed, and a four-barrel Edelbrock Performer EPS intake manifold with a Holley Sniper Hyperspark ignition system and Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection was retrofitted. The battery and engine oil were replaced in 2026. The valve covers are leaking.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a Positraction differential, the latter of which is seeping, per the selling dealer.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage. It also lists the aforementioned “Exceeds Mechanical Limits Title Issued” entries and mileage inconsistency.

The Delaware title carries a “Mileage Disclosure Not Required” notation and carries an “Antique” notation under the “Use” section.
