1999 Lexus SC400

This 1999 Lexus SC400 was initially sold in South Carolina and remained registered in the state until the current owner’s acquisition on BaT in December 2020. Finished in Angora Beige Metallic over Ivory leather, it is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. Features include antilock disc brakes, 16″ alloy wheels, a sunroof, a rear spoiler, heated power-adjustable front seats, automatic climate control, and a CD stereo linked to a Nakamichi sound system. This SC400 has 73k miles and is offered by the seller on behalf of their mother with a clean Carfax report and a clean California title in the mother’s name.

The body is finished in Angora Beige Metallic. Exterior details include fog lights, power-adjustable side mirrors, a sunroof, a power-retractable antenna, a rear spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets.

Chrome-finished 16″ alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot HX tires manufactured in 2014. The car is equipped with speed-sensitive power rack-and-pinion steering and front and rear sway bars. Antilock braking is handled by four-wheel discs, and the brake fluid was flushed in 2026.

The heated power-adjustable front seats and contoured rear bench are trimmed in Ivory leather. Woodgrain trim accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels, and additional appointments include driver position memory, automatic climate control, and a CD stereo linked to a trunk-mounted six-disc changer and a Nakamichi sound system.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 73k miles, less than 1k of which were added under current ownership.

The 4.0-liter 1UZ-FE V8 was factory rated at 290 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque. Service in 2026 consisted of changing the oil and flushing the coolant. The previous owner recommended replacing the power steering pump, and the car most recently passed a California emissions test in March 2021.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission. Additional underside photos are presented in the gallery.

The Carfax report is free of accidents and other reported damage.

The car is currently registered as Planned Non-Operation (PNO) in California.
