I. M. Pei retired from Pei Cobb Freed & Partners 36 years ago, in 1990. James Ingo Freed remained active at the firm until his passing in 2005, and so too did Henry Cobb through 2020. The historic New York City office, founded in 1955, is now in its third generation of leadership.  Pei Cobb
